스필롭테루스 개체중에서도 특이한 등의 스팟과 얌전한 성격으로 은근히 매력이 있는 종이지만, 국내 매니아에게는 그렇게 많이 퍼지지 않은 샌드종입니다.
왠만한 샌드종과는 합사가 가능한 종이며, 스펠롭 중에서도 수입이 가장 어려운 레어종에 속하는 개체입니다.
